Course Introduction

Small to medium Sized business (SME's) are experiencing FOMO about GenAI. It's not clear what they are missing out on but they do see personal productivity gains and are curiously asking is that it? In-house technical resources and supply-side partners are unable to keep up with the pace of change from a range of credible sources especially Microsoft around whom SME's build content and collaboration solutions. Our target attendee - a business person with ownership of tech spend - will not have sufficient in house capacity/capability to identify opportunities for GenAI that could make or save money.
