Workshop Format
Delivered as three half-day segments to not more than 15 people, within a 2-week period:
- ½ Day 1:Modules 1-3 — Strategy, opportunity identification, and business case development
- ½ Day 2:Module 4 — Hands-on workshop where attendees work on their own laptops to build skills and agents they can take back to work
- ½ Day 3:Modules 6-10 — Security, ethics, people, regulation, and practical tools
